The Studio was founded by Mar Dias, Owner and Creative Director. Mar began their hairdressing journey over 20 years ago in his hometown of Porto Alegre, Brazil. Driven by ambition and passion, they moved to Ireland in 2007, at the height of the global financial crisis. Starting out as a mobile stylist, Mar travelled across Dublin, building their reputation and loyal clientele before opening The Studio.
Today, Mar and The Studio are recognised as one of Dublin’s top salons, trusted by clients who value creativity, expertise, and exceptional care. Mar is also a Wella Professionals Guest Artist, a prestigious role awarded to industry leaders who collaborate with Wella on education and professional events.
